NOTE: There are NO arrivals or departures between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Lobby doors are locked!
We understand that sometimes there is a need to drop off / pick up outside of our normal hours.
Accommodations for Early Arrivals / Late Departures must be made in advance.
Arrival Note: Drop-Off for boarding dogs arriving in the morning is between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and will be charged for a day of daycare. If you wish to drop off in the afternoon, Drop-Off is between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. You will not be charged daycare but will be charged $20 for the evening arrival fee per dog.
Departure Note: Boarding dogs with AM departures must be picked up by 10:00 AM.

- Leash (Required)
- Snap Release Collar (No Tags!)
- Food (Kibble, Additives, Topper, Etc.)
- Treats / Greenies / Dental Chews
- Medication (if needed)
Please include any special instructions or recommendations for your pup’s feeding / medication schedule. I.E: Plastic/Metal bowl, Slow Feeder, Picky Eater, Additives as needed, w/without sibling, Etc.
Please leave bowls, blankets, bedding, scoops, rawhides, kongs, and toys at home. We have plenty to go around!
Requirements
Enrollment
All dogs are required to complete the full Enrollment Process in order to attend Daycare or Overnight Boarding.
Leash Requirements
All dogs must be on a 6 ft or less leash during arrival and departure.
Dog Collar Requirements
All dog collars must be free of tags and must be “snap release”. Dogs that arrive with a non snap release collar will be provided a temporary collar during their visit.
Attendance
All dogs are required to have attended a minimum of ONE day within the past year PRIOR to any overnight boarding stay to ensure they are still comfortable within the pack.
Vaccinations
The following vaccinations / tests are required to be up to date and clients are required to provide documentation.
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- DHLPP
- Rabies
- Fecal Float (Negative Worm Test)
Reservations
Reservations are required to be scheduled in advance for Daycare & Overnight Boarding.
In order to ensure availability, we recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 7:00 PM the day prior to scheduled arrival in order to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee.

Payment
We do not require any deposits. Payment for Daycare & Overnight Boarding is due upon departure.
Emergency Contacts
All clients are required to have up to date emergency contacts that in the event of an emergency can pickup your dog.
