Emergency Contacts up-to-date?

Are your Emergency Contacts up-to-date?

MyAccount allows you to ensure your emergency contacts are always up to date and can be updated at any time under “Manage My Account” section.

In the event of an emergency, we will first reach out to the pups parents, and if we are unable to reach you, we will then reach out to the emergency contacts on file.

One Emergency contact is required. Emergency contacts should be someone other than yourself, that you are NOT traveling with, that would be able to pickup your dog(s) in the event of an emergency.
